Domestic Shipping

We utilize USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, and UPS Ground for domestic shipments. For international orders, we ship via USPS or DHL. We are able to deliver to most locations, including PO Boxes. However, we currently cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days upon payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, payment authorization, shipping restrictions, and packing requirements. After dispatch, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for standard delivery are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the item. All orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days from the order confirmation to delivery. Free shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, including Washington D.C.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge and will be delivered within 3 business days from the order confirmation.

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery status online. If no one is available to receive the package upon delivery, an additional re-delivery charge may apply. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid contact phone number during checkout, so the courier can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

    International Shipping

    Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada via DHL or USPS. If you wish to ship to a country outside of Canada, please contact us for further assistance. The delivery time for international orders is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates, but you can always track the status of your order with the provided tracking number to ensure timely arrival.

    Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs

    For all international orders, you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and tariffs as required by the customs regulations of your country. These additional charges are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.

    We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. For more information on PayPal payments, please visit PayPal's website. Please note, we do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
