DecorArts Return Policy
At DecorArts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
For valid returns (e.g., damage or defects), we will cover all shipping and handling fees. If the damage is caused by the customer, a portion of the refund will be deducted.
If the return is not due to defects or damage, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, and return shipping will be at your expense.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us via email at liam@decorarts.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
Returns received after the 30-day period will be considered "invalid returns." In such cases, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to either re-deliver the item (at your cost) or dispose of it if not reclaimed within 30 days of the invalid return notice.
For purchases made between November 1, 2024, and December 25, 2024, returns can be made up to January 24, 2025, or within 30 days of the purchase date, whichever is later.
International Orders
We only ship to Canada for international orders. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with voluntary returns. Please note that all international shipments may incur import duties and taxes, which are assessed by the local government and payable upon delivery. These fees are not included in the order total and are the purchaser's responsibility.
Personalized Artwork
Due to the custom nature of personalized artwork, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect or an issue with the personalized details (such as incorrect names or dates). In such cases, we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
